Day - 11 - Laugh


I can honestly say that laughter is the best medicine. Lately when I start to reflect on something negative or brew over a situation I handled or didn't handle the right way. Emotions begin to brew when you're in the daily grind of life. I would catch my self feeling the urge to shift the mood and recently I started doing something else. I started listening to live comedy through my car and choosing to watch comedy over drama is helping me. It helps switch the gear faster than anything else. It's hard to be angry and try not laugh when Kevin Hart is landing punch lines. 

Laugh more with your self, take it lightly and enjoy the moment to moment. It's helping me allow things to flow off my shoulder faster. Moving on to the important things and keeping energy focused on feeling good in being in the moment.
